If you thought wellness was expensive, you should see illness.

Writer: Lian MonleyLian Monley

“It’s expensive” is the most common complaint I hear when it comes to wellness.

But if you thought wellness was expensive… then you should see illness.

You either pay for your health today, or you pay for your sickness tomorrow.

Pay now for biohacking, supplements, organic, grass fed, free range....

Or pay later for surgeries, testing, drugs, insurance, hospital bills…

When it comes to spending money on your health, here’s how I look at it:

#1 It’s an investment, not an expense.

#2 If you don’t take your health into your own hands and invest - you’ll degrade like the majority of the population.

Feeling good is the most important asset you can have in the world.

When you feel good:

You increase the surface area of “luck“

You magnetize the life of your dreams.

Others want to be around you

You’re in expansive thinking vs. survival thinking

You actually enjoy what you’re building

Put health last, you’ll pay anyway...

The hospital bills, testing, medications, insurance, surgeries all cost a fortune and don’t address the root.

Feeling unwell drains your bank account, relationships, quality of your work.

Survival thinking = inability to solve problems effectively

No energy = No money

If you do not make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness.

Consider detoxification…

The choice is yours...
